@nelerser It's a cheap harbor freight winch the 3,000# camo one with wireless remote.

It's 1/4" plate steel rolled for 1.5' radius. I used the plow al winter and haven't changed anything other than it gets power from the trucks battery instead of a sperate battery in the bed.
