It's an interesting example of how outsiders don't understand the nationalism which drives the Chinese people to consume media the way they do. Every comment here is criticizing Baidu by effectively saying, "Baidu is censored." But everyone in China has access to google and other search engines. This is not about censorship entirely. It is also about nationalism. More than preventing the content from being there, the Chinese do a very good job of getting their people simply not to look.

Wow... this says a lot more about chinese insecurities than Baidu's search engine--which still sucks. I'm glad Baidu's trying to turn this into a race issue rather than a company-related one. I also love how feminine the Chinese dude looks. Hope that lady enjoys staring down at her 2 foot tall man in the future...
Classless. Classless and tasteless. Grow up Baidu--and, to the extent that it's relevant, China.
