In Close: Fine Art Photography - Large Format Film

Created for the Silicon Valley ArtShots 2010 competition, "In Close: Fine Art Photography" was my entry, and ending up being the grand prize winner.

ArtShots is a collaboration between Artsopolis ( http://www.artsopolis.com ) and the San Jose 48 Hour Film Project ( http://www.48hourfilm.com/sanjose ). Their vision was to pair up local artists with local filmmakers. The filmmakers would then create a 30-90 second video about the artist. There were painters, musicians, and other artists involved in the project.

I was paired up with Carl Couchman ( http://www.couchmanphoto.com ), a fine arts photographer who specializes in photos using a view camera and large format film.
