I love the 2600 version of this game! Good video sir!

Overall they did a good job with this version. Obviously the colors are limited, but the animation is smooth and detailed. I do miss the music, though!

There was a short lived Pitfall cartoon show in which Pitfall Harry was accompanied by His Niece and a Talking Cat named Quick Claw.
The cat you rescue first is Quickclaw and the girl is Penny.
