Hollywood Studios - Filming and New Streetmosphere?

They were actually filming something in the first part of the video, and in the second part, supposedly is new streetmosphere. Someone said it was new, someone said it's similar to the new park opening skit, someone said it was bad, and as long as it's just temporary, I don't care. It was however funny when the girl walked down the red carpet, and her brother pretended to slap her.

It was a rainy day, and there is dirt on my lens. There is nothing I can do about it right now.
