On one hand cops are pretty liberal with their ganging up and beating up kids, but on the other hand kids from Roxbury are pretty retarded and love carrying guns and making bad decisions, so this is kind of a toss-up for me.

Two man tried to Rob me I showed them the handle my 357 they ran like hell they turned out to be a Joliet Police Department Sgt. and his son he got on his cell phone and called rest of the ass holes Policemen they were Joliet and Will County policemen they were 15 to 20 police cars I gave up with my hands in the air they still be to shit out of me and did the same to my wife it cost me $8000 and three days in jail to get out of it so believe it in my live had one speeding ticket that's all

@ragnarokian2 get the suspect to cringe and possible loosen his arms so that they can be cuffed (ideally the suspect would react to a blow to the back or side by reaching to that area with his arm instinctively, allowing him to be cuffed). I hope that makes the actions of the police a little clearer as far as motives and reasoning behind what they are doing is concerned.
