@cherokiimslm I have been trying that bloody thing for the past years and couldnt cook Qabuli palaw. You have to have good rice and should use the right amount of water and the timing is extremely important. I have cousins who are really good at it but I am so bad, therefore I have given up on Qabuli palaw, whenever I need it I just call mum or invite a friend to cook it for me. You should do th same. :P
