James- This is AWESOME. This is something I want to do, but can't find a machine to do it... I love your method. Do you have all the standard sizes for lanyards? 3/8.5/8. 3/4. and 1"? Basically any information you could give, I'd greatly appreciate it. AWESOME job, and THANK YOU for making this cool video.

how do you do that? did you cut the letters one by one?

Thanks for taking the time to post this vid!

Just a few questions: can I ask what specific adhesive did you use on the palette? and did you use white opaque paint?
Without a doubt, Jim's is the easiest and most effective non-automated way of printing lanyards.
I'm only allowed to give 5 stars but if I may go against the rule, will definitely give you more than 5!
I really thank you for sharing this. Hats off and hands down to you Jim!

Thanks for you kind words.
The adhesive I use is just a standard palette adhesive. I nice liberal coat last a long time. Just make sure you keep it within the area that the lanyards will be adhered to or your screen my stick to the palette.
The ink I used was a standard opaque white.
I was rushed to come up with a method to do this and had many other completed ways but this process really does allow you to produce a lot of product in a short time.
Good luck
