The "Iltis 10" formula student racecar with a suzuki gsxr 600 engine. The engine is tuned with a fully variable self developed air intake, the adjustment is powered by a "LinMot" high performance linear actuator at 24 V. On the other side the engine is equipped with a custom 4 in 1 exhaust system, designed by ourselves.

In this video you can see how fast the adjustment follows the engine speed in neutral gear. The engine speed limiter is set to 14000 RPM.

    thanks :-)

  • Hi, this system is triggered by sucking own engine?

  • @ThunderforceAdao

I'm not sure you mean with sucking own engine, but we take the RPM signal from the ECU and feed this signal to the control box of the linear actuator to set the length
