Visions by Abnormality (Rock Band expert drums) 4 stars w/hands, foot

** Why this song?
I just had to. I've only played it a few times. I'm sure I can do better, but do I really want to put myself through that?

* Standard Disclaimer *
Despite being modded, my drums drop tons of notes. The blue pad is the worst, I think. You can see that I'm physically hitting the pads, but the game doesn't count it. So, most of these scores would be much higher if my drums worked correctly. I'd really like to get some better drums.

Sorry for the crappy/boring fills, I'm really not thinking about those when I'm concentrating on getting a good score. I'll try to work on those in the future though.

I don't really follow optimal OD paths -- my drums drop enough notes that it's usually not helpful.

** Do you play real drums?
I have a Yamaha DTXplorer set, but I don't play it very often, so...not really.


** Where did you get your bass pedal?

** Your grip is wrong!
In some of the videos it looks like I'm using a French Grip (palms facing each other), but I'm not--the angle of the camera makes it look weird. I'm sure I can improve my technique, but I am playing palms down.

You're arms must be strong as hell if you can do those blasts with a full arm motion. Use your wrists more, it'd be sad if you injured yourself playing Rock Band.

amazing. he is truly great, oh, and to the people who think hes not, until you TRY the drums, you have NO F**KING IDEA how hard it is :) . really, most people fail when even trying that, let alone getting that good of a score! four star on song, but five star on vid. keep up the good work bro!

i have exactly the same problem with my drum kit at the moment but i find that if u hit that pad harder in the middle u can make it better. i have the problem with all my pads
