its ok. I was not offended in any way. In my eyes most of the locals in Hawaii actually wanted the ferry and the people who were protesting were mostly people who came here recently from the mainland.

i see, i apologize for my previous comment. Its just some of the past experience that i had. When i went to some high school in Hawaii. Many of the Hawaiian students were very racist toward not only white but Asians too(im asian). And they all acted really stupid in class. But you always see them protesting about shit.

I'm Hawaiian and I supported this 100%. I was only able to use it once though. I hope they come back or another ferry company comes.
