It was an accident though,it's like dropping a glass on a babys head accidently,yh its sad the baby died but no one can blame you, If it was Pepsi's fault,there would have had to have been foul play involved which would be pointless because think of how much money Pepsi could have made through MJ. Pepsi are not responsible,yes,the incident affected his life but it is not in any way Pepsi's fault.
