sorry to say that only imitating bhimsen will not become bhimsen and main thing is oneshould learn neatly. imitation will become a artificial bhaava. i mean to say expression is most important. this absolutely imitation nothing morethan that. he should learn the basic things. and pranounciation is most important.

According to me Jayateerth Mevundi is not imitating Pt.Bhimsen Joshi. He is a disciple of late Shripati Padiger, who was the senior most disciple of Bhimsenji. Naturally ,Kirana Gharana style of singing is transformed into his singing. you should understand that.
Now regarding, the most important part u have mentioned, I am to say that u should first learn the spelling of pronunciation correctly. It is not pranounciation (PRONUNCIATION).

he has learnt from pt. arjunsa nakodji and a little days from late padigaarji. ok? not like pt. madhav gudiji, or like any other students of ptji.he should change his style. it gets bored and looks like over naatak.

Abt.10 yrs. he learnt from Arjunsa Nakodji and then from 1994 onwards he has taken musical lessons under the able guidance of Padigarji till Padigarji;s death. If u r bored and feel like Naatak, don't listen to him. That is the end of it.
