Marvin & Kim burn the track & with exposure this would have been a big hit but received no airplay in LA...all of us teen Motown fans loved it though and still do all these years later...timeless classic!!! Bravo Kim & Marvin...greatest from Motown!!!

I think that the "Take Two" album was originally supposed to be released in 1964. I have this album, and noticed that the other lps listed on the back cover were no later than 1964. This is unusual for an album released in late 1966.

From what ive been told Side By Side, was supposed to be Marvin & Mary duets on one side, and Marvin & Kim duets on the other, but this song was included on the Take Two Lp in 1966
