Yes! We need people who believe that "I'm-being-honest-cuz-I-love-you" means verbalizing Truths like "You're an awesome friend," etc. I'm sure most of you know what I mean when I say that I ALREADY KNOW THE "OTHER" TRUTHS! By heart! Sideways & upside-down, even! I need to hear the more important, meaningful Truths from time-to-time. The one (BFF) who couldn't manage it? GONE. I'm fortunate for those in my life now -all incredible people- who have NO trouble saying the good stuff, & sincerely!

mine does that to! actually, she goes one step further. she also feels the need to tell her friends that if i lost weight, i'd be "prettier". it must be an old people thing lol.

(Cont.) why people do that to themselves. My aunt and uncle that had it done were around 500-550 lbs before the surgery, and they are far into their 60s. So I understand their reasons, but they look HORRIBLE.They literally look like skeletons.
I have a cousin that's about the size they were right now, and she is happy the way she is. She loves life, and lives it. She is truly my best friend and my inspiration.
You are a GORGEOUS thick girl, and you can do EVERYTHING you want to do.

I just found this video, and I love it. My mom works in the part of the local hospital that takes cares of people after this type of surgery. I also have an aunt and Uncle who have undergone this surgery. I honestly think it's the WORST option possible. You literally can't eat more than something the size of a strawberry. You CAN'T get the nutrients you NEED to LIVE when you can't freaking eat anything, and if you CAN follow a diet like that, WHY mutilate your body?! I don't understand (Cont.)
