Bob shares one of the most personal songs he's ever written, and rarely plays live because it is so emotional for him. They had to do three takes in the studio to get it right. So why share something so personal in public? "I know many people have suffered the loss of a child, and I pray this song of faith brings them hope in a God who loves us." Recorded for EWTN's Backstage, Feb. 2007
This hymn has pierced my soul; during this Thanksgiving season it has also offered me hope. Amen. Yes, I am growing closer to Mary as well . . . .

Yep, nothing like the pain of losing your child indeed. I still cry for my daughter, even though she is an angel, it just hurts the fact I never got to hear her, but to see her was a moment that will never leave my heart and mind, she had my eyes, my hair, my heart. Bob, I love your song and the lyrics are some what dug down so deep. I can see why it's hard to sing this song. much love.

Bob, We lost a child too many years ago. There is nothing quite like it where the missing him off and on goes...I too didn't want to let my Faith go..Jesus was/is my Rock. Its hard, but to have this hurt in common with wonderful folks like you and your family, helps in some way. I am so thankful to have come to know you..keep your ministry going..my kids love ya too! :) God bless you and yours, Suzanne
