ive got the smae proble mmmmm!!!!!!!! did u resolve it yet?

they cant replace the chip but what they do is replce the board, its good you have warranty, usualy playing games makes the laptop hot and burns the chip. let your laptop cool down if it gets to 70c, also change the thermal paste once every year or so

its just a bad graphic chip. all you need is a new motherboard for your laptop.

Thanks very much. I posted this video so I could send a link to my laptop warranty department. They recently replaced the screen and promised but failed to to replace the graphics chip. Thanks again.
