The point is: You cant make predictions and especially claim that it is false if you dont understand the physics and environment in the moon.
If you have been on the moon then you can tell me how things are.

Most moon landing conspiracies have 2 bases: 1) pictures taken in a vacuum in micro-gravity will look instinctively "wrong" to minds which have experienced neither and; 2) standard procedure for momentous endevours conducted by military and quasi-military organisations (as NASA was and, to a certain extent, still is) is to conduct secret test runs to save face in the event of a disaster (basically, Apollo 11 was not the first attempt at a moon landing), leaks of which events muddy the water.

@bmfduran -- No. In order to understand that they landed on the moon in 1969, you do NOT need to just "believe" NASA. It's never good to just believe the government.
But you can look at all the "hoax" theories and use math and physics to show that they are nonsense.
As far as technology is concerned ... What do we have now that we didn't have in 1969? Smaller computers. That's about it.
Rockets have not really advanced much at all since the 1950's.
