Adopted my basset hound from the Humane Society. He was very underweight and seemed so sad. Now, he's gained weight and is up to his normal weight, and seems much happier and loves life...and of course his new family. :-) Love my Ryan.
Thanks for all that you do. I know 1st hand that having Bassetts isn't always easy but they are definitely worth the effort to train them right. I adopted a bro and sis from a rescue a year ago and now I can't imagine my life w/o them.
I adopted a basset hound on my bday almost two years ago, only met her had 3minutes to decide if she was the one... I love the way she acted in just 3minutes... I dont regret a bit doing it :), she is my kid and sometimes see a 3year old in her eyes. I did research the breed a lot :).
i have a basset hhound named albert..but my parents had to put him down becuz he was getting aggressive evriyting isnt da same without him..its dead wivout hiom..i miss him,we all do he was da baby of the house
Why are people so cruel? How can they dump their dog? Keep up your work. I live in Greece and very few people care here. I have a basset- he is 8 and very difficult but I love him like a child and would never part with him
My wife and I have a 4 year old Basset named Bubba. He is a major part of our family. We have had him since he was 3 weeks old. He also likes to drink beer. The song in this video is the song I danced with my daughter at her wedding. Great video
I own a Basset, Stewie, and he's the love of my life. My wife surprised me with him for my Birthday in September. He's 5 mths old now and a true pal. I've followed this organization and feel now more the ever they are doing the right thing and we should all give them our support however we can give it.
