Khyber's Trial - Part 2

Khyber was tried on ten counts:
1. Neglect of Duty - failed on numerous occasions to bring a girl to tea for our entertainment. As the ladies' man, it is his duty to bring girls to tea.
2. General Absence - It is by far more common for five members of the entourage to be together without Khyber than with him.
3. Lying - Khyber claimed that Tuesdays were good for tea, yet failed to show up AT ALL when tea was held on that day.
4. Thursday Nights - Khyber missed the most momentous prank of the year because of his consistent excuses regarding Thursday night studying.
5. Wearing Scarf in an Inappropriate Manner - Khyber tied his scarf much like a woman would.
6. Bag - Supposedly due to his country of origin, Khyber pronounces the word "Bag," "Bage."
7. Filthy Protestant - Khyber is a Presbyterian.
8. Contempt of Court - Khyber, as we predicted, showed up late.
9. Being a Mole - Khyber revealed the list of girls who were forbidden from attending tea parties to a girl outside of the entourage.
10. Attempted Manslaughter - Khyber is a bad driver.
