Some of the push jerks were of questionable form and could have been considered push presses, but overall good show. Much better than the stereotypical crossfit technique.

push jerks are still accepted in olympic style weightlifting competitions although split jerks are " the norm" . just one criticism.... you have no explosive power when you transition from your power phase to your explosion phase. getting that down and you will be able to knock them out in no time.... also doing front squats will help with your flexibility and enable you to get your elbows up more and center the bar over your core. good job keep up the hard work

Zero...A jerk is when you drop under the bar. A press is when you do not rebend your knees. While this is not a pretty Jerk its still a jerk. You are probably thinking of a split jerk. This is a push jerk.
