@blah1752 Try to find the movie with English subtitles, it is one of the best ever produced. If you like Auteuil, you can watch Jean de Florette and Manon of the Spring on youtube. Well, last time I checked at least!

In Cinema Nouveau, Johannesburg, I was one of the honoured ones to be watching this subtitled movie, many years ago, 1998, probably. I have always held Auteuil in high regard, and he has been my favourite French actor since. Un acteur sublime, vraiment sublime! J'aimerais bien le rencontrer un jour... This movie made me want to find true love, but now that is another story altogether, with an adverse result. The movie though, will always be dear to my heart.
