Again, without dipping too far into philosophy... I cannot be absolutely certain that there is no absolute certainty because there is no way I can be absolutely certain that the reasoning is correct on any matter or conclusion.

How far do you plan on taking this? There is however, probability, which is what we operate in. And when something is ridiculously probable we stop questioning it, as it is decisively the best thing we have to work with.
