  • Hi everyone, Sorry it's taken me so long to reply to your comments and questions. I've been working really hard and don't have as much time as I used to. So please understand... I'll come back and check from time to time and will write asap. Wishing you healing and wellness, always. Gentle (((Hugs))) ~Bliss

  • I've been on every type of Benzo but Klonopin is the f'king worst!! In 09 I was in A Near death accident and they prescribed that to me. Klon was great at the beginning but then I developed a damn tolerance. I stopped now I got all that you mentioned : insomnia, shakes, pain, dizzyness, chronic fatigue, depression. Omg I feel like my body just died and reincarnated into a vegetable. I hope within a year I get better because I cant live my life like this : /

  • @o0R3stless0o I'm sorry to hear you've been through so much. You'll make it - no matter how intense the symptoms, we survive them! I hope you're seeing improvements since writing this. Keep going! You'll get there. :)

  • I went cold turkey off of Klonopin in December of 2010 and am still suffering a lot of intense symptoms, though I can tell that I am recovering. I very much appreciate this video. Your soothing voice and positive attitude help me. I hope that you make more videos like this one in the future.

  • @FightingPanic You are welcome. Sorry for the late reply - just want to say thanks and that I hope you're seeing more evidence of your recovery. Wishing you healing and wellness, Bliss

  • Grettings, I have recently discovered that I have become an "accidental addict" in being prescribed Ativan while my precious husband was declining and ultimately dying..now two years ago..physicians just kept telling me to take it...and then when I realized the drug was making me sick...and now I am beginning to taper off...and the literature is really scary....but then YOU appear on the Internet and your words of encouragement are truly a blessing. Thank you.

  • @Babatha100 Sorry to hear of the passing of your dear husband... and that you you've been affected by the Ativan. I wish you all the best with your taper Try not to be scared - not everyone has a difficult time. Hopefully, yours will go well. Even in the worst case scenario, take heart in knowing that you will recover and enjoy life again! Sincerely, Bliss

  • @pembrokeshiresspark Thank you for the kind remarks. I am glad you have found the video to be positive. Well done on tapering adn getting to your last 1mg of Valium. Keep going - you're on the "home stretch" now. The symptoms will eventually go so try not to worry about them. I'm glad that hypnotherapy is helping. You sound as if you've found some good tools to keep you going. All the very best to you! Bliss

  • This is very weird, I am on the 16 months mark, and my symptoms gets worse in midday from like 11 to like 4 - 5 in the afternoon everyday, the afternoon is managable, are these periods going to shrink ??? I though by 16 months off I would get healed :) but I guess my CNS needs more time to settle :(

  • xanax (alprazolam) i sprobably the worst benzo ever.is s short acting sneaky devil :-) but we have a good friendship till now

  • You know Bliss, when things gets better and you feel better for some time and then your hit again with a wave that can last for like 4 days, it's really annoying, it's like you tell yourself I was better yesterday what is happening?, and when you start to forget that your in withdrawal, and then gets hit again you think it's you and withdrawal is over but it's you now, OMG i just wish that I stabalize soon. sometimes my brain works on it's own telling me that I will never get better ?

  • @Sammybabe2121 Thank you darling Sam! I am sooo proud of you and all that you have achieved. Of course, we'll keep in touch. Love you mucho too! OXO

  • @tamerfahmy1000 Sorry to hear you're having waves at 13 months off. This is not unusual so keep hopeful. The waves will eventually go but there is no set pattern, rhyme or reason to them. For many, yes, they become less intense as the time passes but there are even instances where they go spontaneously. No matter how your journey unfolds, you can expect to recover! I hope for you that it will be soon! But be patient - you'll get there. :)

  • @Hugoo1041 You are welcome, Hugoo. Thanks for your kind words. I hope your taper is going as well as can be expected. Well done for coming off. It is doable and healing is the natural outcome. Keep going! All the best, Bliss
