Circuit Workout With A Timer

Hello everyone , this is a quick circuit workout using a timer for intervals. This type of workout can be a lot of fun and also burn a bunch of calories. The more intervals the more calories. Of course you can add your own favorite exercises and also increase the rounds. :-)
