  • Spiritual Insperation.

  • My father passed away 12 years ago. and today would of been his 69 birthday. I found this song by rick when i was looking for his classics. HAY DAD I HEAR YOU LOUD AND CLEAR! This had to have been a sign................

  • 5 hours and 16 minutes

    .

  • My Father passed away this day last year. My brother and I had this played at his funeral. It will always remind us how much our father meant to us and to others. We love you so much Dad XXX

  • God Bless you Dad xx this song is for you. Gone but not forgotten

  • My father died 4 days ago from cancer. He was my best friend and a great father and man. I remember when Rick wrote this song and it touched me. Now, 25 years later, it makes sense. Thank you for this song-Kelly McLeod

  • I have a been a fan of Rick's since I can remember (41 now). My father is still alive, but this song still makes me think of everyone who has lost their father. Tears well up every time. Oh, and I'm a fellow Aussie!!!

  • My Father has been gone now for almost 37, he committed suicide when I was going on six, I look in the mirror and see his face, there are times I cry and get mad at the reflection. I miss him so much.

  • Can't listen to this without crying.

It has to be said that I'm a 20 year old guy, and one of the rare emotional types

  • This song reminds me of my Daddy. Just lost him 11/22/10. I was a Daddy's girl from the time I drew my first breath and I always will be. My Daddy Was Truly a hero fighting for our country in Sigon Vietnam. He is Staff Sargent Richard Vaughan for the United States Marine Corps. almost 9moths from his passing and the pain is horribly unbearable. Daddy I miss you so very much. You were only 58 years old when I watched your strong hands fold for the last time.
