I've been barely playing rage for 10 minutes. I got past the part where you revive yourself. I killed all the guys, looked around a bit and I pressed A on this wall, and it moved to reveal a door. in it appears to be an 8 bit dungeon and you'll find the wolf goblet there. I believe this is the first video to be uploaded about this that I am aware of. Anyways, excuse the low quality.
Edit: I've learned that I was not the first and that this is the wolfenstein door. there is a similar vault boy bobblehead reference found in wellsprings on the mayors desk. (its in the corner, and you'll know what i'm talking about when you get there.)

@itsjustgamerjack I do know this. I haven't searched for any more yet. there is a vault boy and another bobblehead on both mayor's desks, a doom level and the secret grafitti room. i only have wolfenstein door right now.
