Can we say CPS needing more Government funding to keep their origination going,in order to get that funding, they first need children to do so. They don't care how they do it, just so long as it gets done and the cash flow comes pouring in. I say stop all federal funding and CPS will disappear.

this case originated in Frederick County, City of Winchester, VA. I've found DOZENS of victims due to DCSE there - one man was the ex-boyfriend of the social worker who filed her case, using the STATES letterhead, and got him Jailed -even though he Denied Contempt.
