  • I agree fully with you the bill was pointless, and should not be ammended for one and not the other, however PaintBall Markers (even Milsim style) do look different due to the addition of a feed system and Air source. That being said I do think that people shold ban together and stop stupid rules being made by fat cats in offices that are out of touch with the common man.

  • Really???? Why is that? Why ammend one and not the other? I am glad for paintball but this is unfortunate for Airsoft.

  • I totally agree with you, they should be held accountable for their son however in saying that I think they paid for it with the worry after he was shot.... That is why this bill is a bad idea. By making the Airsoft and Paintball guns a brighter colour it will mean that more parents will see these items as toys and as such by them for irrisponsible kids and thus causing more of an issue if someone gets hurt as a result.

  • whats the next step? make airsoft and paintball ilegal'? this law will continue to get harsher if passes.

  • Paintball and airsoft are the same type of sport. I see no point in the bill, as in some cases paintball weapons can be as realistic as airsoft ones. I'm British and I hate the VCR Act they brought in in '07 with a passion.

  • Paintball has just been exempted from the bill... Yall r safe, but us airsofters are still under the bill :/

  • What about the parents. They were irresponsible by letting the kid have the airsoft gun. They should also be charged for neglect.
