This passage in Romans has nothing to do with 1Cor.14:2. It describes the Holy Spirits' ministry for us and not through us. The "tongues" that you use here in this video have nothing to do with Acts 2. I can do this and I can teach any athiest to do this -this is not miraculous. This is mumbled nonsense as you correctly say,but try to tell us it is not.

I can speak in the kind of "tongues" you describe in this video quite well but so can anyone. This is what some of the Corinthians were doing but it was not of the Holy Spirit but something fostered by a false teacher. Neither you nor I can speak with the gift as described in Acts 2 , 10 or 19. There we see a real miracle described.
