Here's another view of Mike Alessi's horrific crash at Red Bud coming off the Ski Jump at the beginning of moto No. 2. Fortunatly, Mike will be around for many years to tell about it!

Thanks for the great video and commentary -- nice to hear caring voices. True fans.

As a Quadriplegic from a 1985 motocross accident, it's fantastic to see downed riders move.

If physically possible I'd ride again in a heartbeat. I miss MX sooo much.

My hope is that Mike recovers quickly. His return to the sport he loves and we love equally as much will make one and all smile.

Lastly, much agreed, the track was too slow to red flag the moto. Seems someone was asleep.

Wow, great job with recording everything! I give the espn camera guy credit for holding it still while MIke was laying there so helpless...I would have dropped the camera and yelled O-M-G! That was nice to hear they stopped the race...phew!
