ASK if you want to use this, it took me a bloody long time to make!
Kit: Canon 550D, tripod, polarising filter, mirror, A0 paper, cord-synced strobe, two desk lamps (one with paper snoot), MacBook Pro with iMovie, Photoshop, Quicktime Pro, EOS Utility and Canon Digital Photo Professional
Two hours at least for set-up and lighting tests, 1.5 hours for first run, 2 hours for 2nd run, 2 hours for post-processing..!
