They do have tv, above the driver seat on the left side panel of the roof.
You can watch it while you're lying in bed.
The fridge is mostly under the bottom bed or in the middle of the cabin under the dashboard.
The microwave can be installed wherever you like.
But most of us don't want the microwave, only the fridge. ;)
Don't be fooled, modern Euro Trucks used for international transport aren't as small on the inside as they look on the outside.
