Wow! do you really not know a simple home repair? or how to shut the water off to it??? That would have taken 2 minutes to adjust so that it didnt flood and get totally ruined, and only 15 minutes fix permanently with a new $10 mechanism from wal-mart.

well besides the fact I am not a plumber I did turn the water off the whole thing was screwed up they sent a REAL plumber instead of our seemingly drunk janitor with 2 teeth who sputters with a forigen langauge when he talks

it was freaking insane the plumbing in this building was I bet ruined by the superintendant its a pre war building so the pipes are old everything is old EXCEPT MY RUGS AND TOWELS AND BLANKETS WERE NEW! dammit & dry
