It probably was as a lot of Gran Turismo 2000 was taken from Gran Turismo 2.

@SuperGodofgods This is the main theme of the Gran Turismo series, and appears in every game in Japan... it's in the GT4 soundtrack in America as well...

2 I liked the USA music better but they put work into the graphics. Its hard to choose...
