Friend-great gains- sounds awesome. I eat the same day in and day out. I wouldn't say I am particularly strong in this video. I was a bit depleted- just not eating enough during this time. However, I firmly believe that just the consistency with the whole foods has led to a quality of the muscle. I really just focus on where the food is from , meaning, no hormones or medicines in my meat. Farm raised and organic. It has seemed to make a huge difference for me. Peace, Vic

@bigdaddy71355 I am a bit depleted here. You can see it in my shoulders and clavicle. I weight a few more now- maybe 5 to 6 more pounds. Thanks my friend Vic

dude, very cool posing!! can't believe u weigh only 169. . .
I'm 33y/o, weigh 280 pounds. I do go to gym....somewhat... So I have some muscle. But I have fat fat fat. I eat about 2500-3000 calories a day. My friend eats the same but he's a tooth pic, what gives? Does it have some thing to do about being one of these body types like mesomorphs or something?

In my opinion, body type has little to do with body condition. If you have been following my training videos, you know that I am not a fan of measuring oneself against another. I could give you an incredibly detailed explanation as to why someone who eats more can weigh less and be in better condition. However, that won't help you. You are an individual and you have an incredible sense of where you need to begin. IYou have to trust that. Follow me on Facebook for more

So the debate ensues about eating. I am delighted to put up any posts that stirs debate. It is good to have a different perspective from everyone. However, when it comes to eating. The debate as I see it is which is more important eating "right" or training. There is a great understanding between men and women that I believe we can all agree, "garbage in - garbage out". This goes for the mind - and the body. It is not a judgmental statement it simply elementary. Love your body- Peace all,Vic
