If you're an acoustic guitarist, try playing this song exactly as he plays it, including the mutes, hammer ons, bent notes, etc. If you can do it, you are in the top one percent of acoustic guitarists in my book. This is an incredible performance.

He is quite a good guitar player. There are a lot of subtle extra notes in there and his rhythm is good.

Glen is a fine songwriter and singer. I actually learned his name for the first time today but I used to watch Toad on MTV and liked them. They had a short drummer who really could play: Hey! I am into the idiosyncratic and not being an insensitive idiot.

I love this song! The line...the more skin that you shed, the more the air in your throat will linger when you call him your friend...always stirs my emotions. It is just an amazing lyric and image!
