Wouldnt using the cables be more suited for arm wrestling training since the tension is constant were as with free weights the tension gets less and less the higher you bring the weight up.

whats the point of this exercise? its like seeing that skinny guy at the gym doing 400pounds of squat but he moves like 2 inches down

@Rhulken ArmWrestling is joint lock strength as well.. Not just how much you can curl but how much you can hold & lock while you lean into it.
