It's not murder, period. Life begins at birth - period. Unless you are the kind of person that believes:

- that from the moment of conception that all women must be shackled to a bed until they give birth - it's not murder

- that a woman has no rights to her own body - and what she will have inside her body - it's not murder.

You are actually *causing* murders - the murders that happen when back-alley butchers perform unsafe abortions for desperate women - when the women themselves die.

Speaking for the egg that isn't as important: Suppose life doesn't start at conception - then when does it start? Do you need a stopwatch? Fifty years ago, there would be numerous deaths due to premature birth that there is now technology to prevent. And in 50 years from now, how much more efficient will we be. So if not conception, then when can we decide between life or non-life? Please convince me that this is not murder. I would like to see the best argument for that, becuase it baffles me.

I thought the constitution said that the church and the state were seperate entities, obviously Mississippi doesn't think so, but then again Mississippi also has one of the lowest education ratings of any state so they must not think much. I also believe that the right to an abortion is included within the constitution as the ninth amendment, look it up Mississippians i'm sure you only know up to the first one oh wait that's impossible or else you would have realized that this is un-american.
