This goal was scored off a free kick (surprise?) in the 27th minute of Beckham's first starting appearance for the LA Galaxy which took place in the 2007 North American SuperLiga.

I'm sick of people saying that the United States in not a soccer, or football if you will, country. The MLS had only 400 less people on average go to watch than France's Ligue 1. We may not have EPL or La Liga quality, but we have a ton of fans of soccer here in the states.

According to a January 2011 article in The Telegraph, there has been a dramatic decrease in the amount of heroin in the UK (bc supply routes have been cut off). If you knew your history, heroin came to the US in the late 1800s and was legal and widely used in the 20s. It became chic in the 70s. Oh, and it started in Germany - which isn't the US last time I checked. This is once again an irrelevant and erroneous argument.
