I finally did it!! Put on some ZZ Hill, Johnnie Taylor, etc & it was on. Actually, it wasn't too bad. Got stiff the longer I did it; back started to tighten up. I have a small lower back so I wonder if it was too much for it, but it got done. I know how to squat properly so I know I did it right. Towards the end I sweated profusely and I caught myself praying at the last stack but I survived;) Oh, & I used 15 thin plastic DVD sleves, not the hard cases, I don't have cards.

@VaMpIrEmYdArLiNg rule of thumb for squats is to try and keep your knees behind your toes, push your hips back as you descend, and keep your chest up as mush as possible. I don't always follow these rules throughout some of my videos but those are the basics.
