The frog stand is the first and easiest level of the planche progressions. All of the planche progressions are a great way to increase your ability to hold full body tension. By developing your planche progressions all the way toward a full lay planche, you will develop incredible strength, especially in your shoulders, arms, and core.

  • Hey, i really wanna learn this but its really hard. is there any "strength" excersise i can do to make this easier, i mean what muscle groups is good to train?

  • @KeVab1337 this is a pretty basic exercise that takes a little bit of strength and more balance. keep trying and you will get it!

  • Is it neccesary to rest your kness on your elbows?

  • @reppingAiEa yeah, that is part of the exercise. if that is too easy, move on to the tuck planche.

  • thx a lot man! are my elbows supposed to go slighty past my knee (like how i do them xd) or resting on the back of the elbow??

  • @Dark2NeS just balance man! keep trying and you'll get it.

  • Does anyone have tips on how to get from the tuck planche to advanced tuck planche?

  • Duuuuudddeee! I had done this when I was like 4 out of sheer discovery! I thought I had created it! I had never known someone else to do it if I hadnt tought them! Now 15 years later I come to find out it has a name already! This bites! -___-

  • ده انا لو عملتها اكون بطل

  • @IANKLI333 ah i forget something, start with that and then try it out but without your head, i will be much easier than before

  • @Dark2NeS listen(really you have to read) put tour hands pointing to opposite side, 1 to the left and the other to the right , and your elbows inside your knees then touch the floor with your head, and finally get your feets up. from chile hope to be usefull :)

  • Just scrolling through APK's website because I'm interested in getting into parkour, but don't want to kill myself or destroy my chances of prgression by messing up my muscles and found this. Great videos, they have really helped me get in shape! Hope you upload more sometime.

  • You should show how to get into all these things.. Not just show yourself already doing it. If we cant even get into the position properly how are we suppose to put it to use =/

  • @jamesB1215 Proper execution for all planche progressions is to keep your arms straight.
