untreated for decades, I am soooooo Happy now, do not miss it. takes awhile to adjust the diet. good sites on line with many many recipes. corn and beans and cilantro with tomatoes is great can make an avocado boat........nice food. goes with steak too if you like meat.

Thank you, this is very helpful. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease a year and a half ago and it has been difficult to understand my disease.
I was able to be at your conference and I am glad that I have access to this video and listen to it as many times as I want.
