Might come off as a noob here, but what exactly is 3*? a bend?

@Stealthsuit07 actually nice question, i first tried to get the notes using a guitar then transcribed it into harp. 3* should be an A note but there's no lower A on the C harp. I used a G instead and it also fitted the melody. That's why I used something like that.
And also the notation 3* is supposed to be an overblow but normally there's no overblows on the lower notes. So that's actually my bad to use something like that, people get confused hehe
