@hoopla5117 so out of everything that the human race has done, its this minor arguement on a video about a clam that pushed you over the edge and convinced you of the hopelessness of humanity? haha
-
@MrBumpoo13 Fighting over # of thumbs up on clam related videos.. I am now convinced of the hopelessness of the human race.

Is this a vietnamese species or a gigas?
-
@MrBumpoo13 Thumbs goes up. Can't explain that.
-

where do you get clams what store?
MrKnexguy123 4 months ago
@MrKnexguy123, where do you live? Any saltwater/reef store should have them. You most likely will not find them in any regular chain retail pet store. They do not have the right lighting to keep such creatures in their displays.

@gummi67 is there any freash water clams???
MrKnexguy123 4 months ago
@MrKnexguy123 Heck ya! Ever seen fresh water pearls in jewellery stores? As for clams for the home aquarium, honestly not sure. I doubt it - would probably be hard to feed. Reef clams feed off of sunlight and nutrients in saltwater. Since freshwater requires less intense lighting I'm pretty sure they require more 'natural' food supplemented to live.

@319PurpleHaze Tank size is fine. Age of tank should be ok. If you increase your lighting period times then keeping a clam should not be a problem at all.
