No, the first in town stuff was at the intersection of Osage and Emporia and then the starnded lady in the car was the 1700 or 1800 block of N. 7th street.

Well, there was signs saying road closed and a state truck sitting there and everyone drove around it so I'm sure he thought better since its against the law to go around a road closed sign. Maybe he was the smart one of the bunch.

i SAW 2 ON MY WAY TO SHOOT FLOODING VIDEO OVER IN bLACKWELL AROUND 4:30PM BUT i NOTICED THEY WERE THE FUNNELS SIMILAR TO WHAT WE HAVE SEEN AROUND THE AREA LATELY THAT DONT PRODUCE TORNADOES USUALLY AND IF THEY DO ITS RARE THEY WOULD DO DAMAGE SO I DIDNT STOP TO SHOOT VDIEO SINCE I WAS RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE.
