ABS and Bon Secours Success Story

ABS worked with Bon Secours Health System located in Hampton Roads to implement a Cisco Voice Over IP (VoIP) system. ABS successfully rolled out over a thousand handsets in three months. The tightly integrated partnership of hospital staff and partner resources eased the technology transition for the nursing staff, administration, physicians and other employees while introducing exciting new phone features to assist in clinical productivity. The video also describes the broader hospital-partner relationship in supporting multiple hospitals and physician practices in various technologies such as routing and switching, wireless, data center, security, and structured cabling.
