Voters were told the OMMP was for the sick/dying, less than 4% is for cancer. Over 88% is used for common pain. A single doctor is responsible for recommending approximately 35% of all medical marijuana cards, with ten doctors recommending 59% of all cards. OMMP has grown because of misuse of the program.
