The Dayglo Pirates, a UK-based Jethro Tull tribute band, play Thick as a Brick (part 2 of 2). Recorded 12/12/08 at the Portland Rock Bar, Hove, Sussex.
bloody damn good, particularly Paul, gotta get the sidesaddle and over the head flute twirl down, a little bug eyed eyeball rage, and you'll be just about there. Great job this past spring w the real thing, personally I think Ian's voice has mostly been fine since about 99, many think you should be his vocal replacement! You must be doing something VERY right Paul! Now I gotta see your Solstice Bells cover I see over there.
wheres the flute spin in the outro before part 1 reprise? UW2

good- flute vocals spot on
correct on everything (everyone)
bad
too much guitar distortion
harsh sound on the keys
over all the lead singer doesn't need to act exactly like ian anderson, the craziness looked faked
