  • I'd put her in same class with Joanne Grauer; another little known killer artist. Didn't even know Rachel Z existed until I heard her on the Vertu album. MY BAD!!

  • @oregonbobv I agree that she is AMAZING! The bass player is not shabby too. I feel women musicians are kind of ignored if they are not marketable as "sex symbols" It must be sad and infuriating. But they have good feel and good report in this trio...

  • Rachel Z-One of the great undiscovered jazz artists. Never heard of her until I saw her with Peter Gabriel. She can really swimng and has an advanced harmoniv sysyrm onthe piano .
